OUR DESIGN PROCESS 
Preliminary Consultation - We will visit your home to take measurements or review your new home construction plans and evaluate your space. Then use the information we have discussed to present you with a preliminary plan and proposal for your project.  During this initial meeting if you have pictures of products you like, a list of items you would like in your space, etc. this is a great time to share with us these items.  

 Presentation of Preliminary Plans
During this phase of the Design Process we will present the preliminary design floor plan and design concepts that have been developed for you from the information gathered at our initial meeting. We will also present a preliminary project proposal based on product allowances for items that we will supply and install. These items maybe included Cabinetry, Countertops, Backsplash material, Flooring, Electrical and Plumbing work to be completed by other, Construction work by other to be completed and any additional services that are discussed that you would like us to supply for your project.
A Design Retainer fee is required; the design retainer fee will be applied to the purchase of the cabinetry

for the project and is non-refundable.

Selection of Project Materials
During this phase we will work together to make your selections of Cabinetry, Countertops, Backsplash material,

Flooring and any additional items. We will also coordinate with you for a jobsite inspection with your construction contractor, plumber and electrician so they can confirm the costs of services to be completed.

 Ordering of Project Materials
During this phase we will sign contracts for all the products and services that we are to complete for your project. We will present and discuss with you all the details of the scope of work that will be completed for you. At this phase there will be a % of the project cost deposit required and a payment schedule for remaining payments will be supplied                  Installation schedule will be supplied at this time, answer any questions you may have.
 
Construction and Installation
The Magic begins, the transformation phase! Most people during this phase are excited and sometimes stressed do to having early morning arrival of workmen in their home. (Trust me I know this feeling I have remodeled my own homes through the years) We will remain in close contact with you throughout the entire construction and installation process with jobsite visits and reviews. We pride ourselves with a Superior Team of Craftsman who will take every step to complete your project in a timely manner, clean up at the end of every day to keep your home as tidy as possible during this phase (it is the messy phase),

answer any questions you may have.

Final Phase
Installation is completed, we will do a final walk thru inspection with you and make a check list of any items that may need to be adjusted, final project payment will be due. Thank you for allowing us to work with you!!!
